Pricing up a car for Part-Ex?

My mum is going to be part-ex'ing her Mini One convertible and I need to find out the part-ex cost. I usually go online but I know that the dealers usually have a little 'magic' book that lists a car's part-ex value taking into account mileage etc. She will be changing it in for either another Mini, 500, Mito or Twingo.

Can anyone on here help if I provide the details (year of manufacture, model, engine and mileage plus any extras (think mini has 'packs' and i'm sure she had the chili pack or something)?
