Technical Power stering

Hello over the last few weeks in the morning when i start my 2007 ducato
100 m jet. when i turn the steering wheel it feels lumpy like the power is coming in and out i no it has been very cold but this happened one afternoon
as well.
any one got any ideas

take it to fiat professional garage to get rack and top mounts checked out.

Well if its similar to the previous model it will be the fantastically crappy needle bearings at the top of the strut.
