power loss

hope some one can help me with some advice ,here goes . my fiat bravo 1.9 jtd . is sluggish, the acceration is slow . if the car is stationary the engine will rev , jump in the car its so slow pulling off. there is no power, put your foot down on the accerator and then take it off the car picks up, but only sightly ,it feels like somethink is holding it back .

l have just changed the fuel filter, air cleaner and poured in redex injector cleaner into the tank. there has been a slight improvement, but i was expecting more. the response to the throtle is still poor, sluggish
