Anyone who vists the Cento section may be aware of "polybushes"

From Powerflex's website
Prolonged tyre life
Improved performance
Increase safety
Greater cost-effectiveness

Available from - www.powerflex.co.uk and www.superflex.co.uk

Seems a good idea and i know the Cento boys like them a lot. No specific ones available for the panda, but they do offer universal bushes.

Thoughts?

Allways fancied poly bushes on the panda, especially on the front lower arms - seem to get through those with all the oil leaks !!
Could do with measurements n' stuff - anyone got any arms kicking about :D ?

Will do in the not too distant future... have a new one to fit and when it's in I'll pop the bush out and see what the odds on repairing it with a decent bush are... You'll see it here first!! But not for some time knowing my maintenance schedule!

Luke.

I have some spares in the shed. What measurements do we need? Suspension arm inner end bore and thickness and bush inner and outer diametre and width? Tie bar leading end doughnut inner and out diametres and thickness?

Any other bits?

Hi sorry about this but I'm a new member who has a panda select (and toally in love with it a lot more than my son.....(but don't let him know.) What are the benefits of the polybushes ingeneral please.
thanks and regards

I've got some polybushes on my fiesta Zetec-S, they last a lot longer and they're stiffer so make the ride feel more solid. They do however make the ride a little bit harsher

We could do with the measurements of bottom arm bushes, rear shock absorbers and maybe the tie rods that go to the front crossmember ? Anyone else thonk of anything else rubbery ??:D
Could do with the inner end bore and thickness and bush inner and outer diametre and width measurements - and any other measurements you can think of !!
