Polite request

If you have a problem with your Bravo/a and post a message on here could people PLEASE include more information about the problem they are having.

There are alot of 'my car won't start' or 'the injection light is on' messages around and these sorts of problems have many many possible causes. The more details you include the easier it is for the many experts who frequent this forum to help you.

eg:-
Problem: Car won't start when hot
Symptoms: Engine turns over but won't fire
Car: '97 Bravo 1.6
History: Has done this several times in last year, local Fiat garage have looked at it and can't find anything wrong.

I know this is a bit pissy but if you miss out information it just means we have to ask more questions and it will take longer to help you fix your car. I'm sure we have all had problems with our beloved Fiats in the past and no doubt someone has had the very same problem that you are now having and knows the correct answer.

As someone else said you seem to be the oracle of information on here at the moment - I'm sure I speak for all the less mechanically minded people here when I say your help is always really useful and apreciated

Can I add something as well which irritates the arse off me, it is the following?

Hey I just got my cam belt changed/new alloys/service/etc etc from a place near me they are wonderful blah blah blah.

No name, no location, no link, nothing, why? Why tell us about it, then not provide some more info.

Just tell us or provide a link, share the knowledge, just don't tell us how better you are than us mortals because you've got a bloody secret.
