some1 tell me do i need a special tool to remove the injectors on the top of the plugs please?

Remove the plastic engine cover tray, you will then see 5 black boxes ontop of each spark plug.

Each box has 2 bolts... undo those and remove said box.

You need a long plug socket to get the plugs out as they are deep in the block.

Just make sure no crap gets in there.

thanks for the help, only the cover tray doesnt feel like plastic more like metal when i knock it which is why im confused!!! it seems like theres a gasket so no cover just 5 injector plugs at the back of the lump

you have a mk1 HGT then, 147bhp with a metal cover.

Undo the cover and follow as above. the Mk2 155bhp had a full plastic cover, the Mk1 shows off the engine and has a small metal cover with 5 humps.

Please keep questions to this thread only. You need to give us all time to reply, it is the weekend and we do go out and have fun :)
