I might be wrong, but as far as I'm aware the road tax is calculated in to petrol price. Plus most of the motorways are tolled.

Unlike in this country where you pay a fixed road tax but the petrol isn't taxed that hi..........haaaang on a minute!!

The other's got potential. Sure it'll be great!Re road tax - up until about yr 2000 in France there was a "Vignette" which was an annual payment based on the size and type of vehicle, fortunately that was scrapped.
Whether it was rolled-up into the fuel price I couldn't say. All I know is that today, diesel is 1.31€ (£1.09) and 95 unleaded is about 1.50€ (£1.25).
For me the biggest advantage is for multiple vehicle owners like us, with cars and bikes.

Looks great Dave! I love all of the different names that the 2wd Pandas have, such as 'dance', 'parade', 'fizz' and ofcourse 'young'! Loving the old school odd steelies too
