Just a few that look reasonable. Most are not making their case very well but what they are asking for is perfectly reasonable, especially the last 3.

Nothing 'classic' was made after '72 A better way would be to have free tax for anything thats a second car, over a certain age and used for less than a certain milage per year. Otherwise you'd have people getting free tax for metros, fiestas or sierras. UGH!

Driving with a trailer should require an extra driving test as well. I've been overtaken by idiots towing un-sprung trailers and the poor thing was bouncing along the road.

Only if the limit is reduced during bad weather, like France, impose a minimum speed (like the US) and enforced more strictly. If you speed, you risk getting caught and its your own fault.

I was following a 57 reg Landrover defender this morning, the bumpers are just as lethal as aftermarket bullbars but its still type approved. Should this not be changed as well? However if you support this you cannot support the classic car one as they are just as lethal.

Most single carriageway NSL roads are far too twisty for an HGV to go any faster. Make people learn to be more patient and not make stupid overtaking moves on rural roads. Even if the HGV was going at 50 some dullard would still try and overtake and it will be harder as the HGV is going faster.
