I keep getting these from ebay too. They say there is fraudulent activity and your account will be locked within 48 hours.
NEVER respond to this sort of email as it is a confirmed phishing scam.

That email states that you can log into their secure server but for one taht is not a secure website these have to start with https:// another thing is that paypal or any online company/game/bank will never ever ask you for any information. They have your details anyway!!

Nice spot I had a load of these for my ebay account when I was changing over to a Hotmail account.
