General Parts for a 2000 reg Fiat Ducato

I have a 2000 reg Fiat Ducato and am looking for front driver's side hub parts, basically everything from the wheel bearings up to the break caliper carriers (bearings, hub, hub carrier, brake caliper carrier).

There are apparently a couple of different parts that are compatible with my van, and I keep buying bits second hand one by one, but whilst they fit the van, they are not compatible with one another (particularly the hub carrier and brake caliper carrier).

Is there any way of fabricating all parts together, so I can be assured they will all fit?

My van has been in the garage (stuck wheel-less on the lift) since July, and I've been left with the job of sourcing parts.

Any help would be great!

Major differences between the 1/1.4 ton (15 inch wheels) and the 1.8 ton (16 inch wheels) chassis.

It probably far cheaper and far less work to buy a complete assembled strut / hub assembly from a breaker if you get it with the wishbone attached its only 5 bolts to remove so easy money for the breakers.
