Technical Part number !

Been trying to find a part number for around two weeks I can’t find this part online anywhere at all, hoping someone on here may have a clue. I need the drivers side but haven’t got a photo to hand so passenger side is going to have to do
If anyone knows I would be grateful as heck
I need the plastic surround itself or might have to repair my one if can’t be found

(EDIT: the part number starts with 7, the digit 8 is just the number on the diagram above)

Can't find it online for now.

Some 12 years ago it was still available at the dealership Might be worth checking in 2025.
