General Pandas in Italy

Just back fro a week's holiday in Liguria, Italy and have spotted so many Classic Pandas in both spotless and junked condition - often very battered but not rusty and soldiering on! One particular highlight was a Croce Verde (Italian St Johns Ambulance) one similar to this:

Also loads of Mk111 4x4's still being used by the Polizia Locale.

Unfortunately, my phone memory was full and didn't save all the photos I thought I was taking......

That's great to hear!
I wonder if they sell off their old police vehicles like they do here? How cool would that be to have an Italian police 4x4 on your drive?!

Ooh...
Think of that, you could.
1. Issue yourself a parking ticket for parking on the grass (as nowhere else was available as covered in old Fiats)
2. Issue your own ticket for bald tyres.
3.Arrest yourself (if your wife owns handcuffs)
4. Wear a Polizia uniform (out of the bedroom of course)
5. Wake the neighbours with the siren.
6. Look super cool when practising chasing a Mini through town (Italian job)
7. Drive from the L/H side of the car
and many others.
