Made a PDF out of these single pages.

Supposed to be a lossless conversion, still single pics look sharper to me.

Anyway, here it is if anyone prefers this kind of file.

Thanks for taking the trouble - in the end my dealer finally came up with the right supplement, and Fiat Customer Service actually rang me to find out if the problem had been solved!!!!!
