Technical palio throttle probs

Hey guys, my name is Prava, I'm from South Africa. Just bought my first Fiat. I bought a Palio 1.2 mpi. The problem is that when I press the accelerator hard, the car drops rev n misses, den accelerates rapidly.
I unplugged the potentio, maf and the other sensor but same problem. To me it seems like a potentio prob. Bt I'm unsure, any advice. I wudnt wana go out n buy the sensor to see I still have the problem.

I also noticed a small pipe frm the inlet manifold, it is blowing air, but is not connected to anything. This is worrying, used the car the other day and needed to make a quick turn n car died. Scary.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have the ECU read for stored faults, before changing sensors or anything...!

Try checking under the left of the ecu near firewall ,there is a small rubber hose it should be connected to intake manifold . This hose sometimes cracks and confuses ecu .
