Hi, eml came on yesterday, read the code and P1135 showed as fatal, I cleared this code weeks ago although it didn't bring the eml on then.

From what I understand, this is something to do with the pre-cat lambda, so what is suggested to do, maybe test the ground from the sensor, remove and clean?

if you can take both out, clean them and swap them. scan it again and if the error codes now read post-cat then you know its a faulty sensor. If not, then it could be another issue.

If you need a new sensor, hear to eurocarcare the two micks have NGK ones at around £35 which is much cheaper than most other places and where i got mine

Will take a look tomorrow, the code hasn't come back today but doesn't mean it's solved or won't come back.

Yes that's exactly the page I have the lambda bookmarked on :)

Fiat P1135 = Lambda sensor 1 pre-heater fault (high resistance)

So basically - the Pre-cat sensor
There are 2 wires for the pre-heater
Should usually be 9 to 10 ohms
Get a multimeter to read the resistance after a lead check

Ziggy

Okay will get the multimeter out tomorrow, how likely is it that it could be a earthing issue with the lambda wiring?

Thanks
