Outside temp sensor

is it possible for me to have this in my car?
ive got working e/m and 160 marea clocks.
When i press the middle button all i get is 'reset' clock.What do i need to get it working?....if poss?

The outside temp sensor is usually installed in models that have aircon with climate control. The operation is made by pressing the switch on the center console located right of the rear glass heater switch.

If you dont have that switch, you dont have the aircon climate control ecu, so you cant see the temp on the dash.

and no i havnt got air con either,not to worry was just quering
