OT: Removing Ford Focus door cards

Hi guys, sorry for the OT post.

My mate has a Focus and needs to remove the door cards to get to the electric window motor.

Does anyone know how to remove the door cards and also does anyone know how to change the window motor?
We need to know pretty quick so if anyone can point us in the right direction or post a link to a step-by-step guide it would be much appreciated.

I have a Fiat Bravo & a Ford Focus.

The focus is my everyday car, brand new it was from showroom 3 years ago, and the bravo was my toy/project, although just now my bravo is sorn.

Will have it back on road hopefully b4 christmas.
