Technical Original xenon high buzzing sound

Last week I bought a Fiat Bravo with original Xenon headlights. After driving it a whole week, I hear (randomly, not all the time) a irritating high buzzing sound. The sound disappears when I turn the lights off. Under the hood I hear this sound at the headlight on the passengers side (the right side), in the interior it sounds much louder.

The Xenon works like it should, it automatically moves up and down when starting the car and it correctly adjusted.

What is it that I'm hearing and can I solve it?

Okay, I disconnected the xenon headlights and I still hear the sound. I suspect that it comes from somewhere in the dashboard. Is there anything I can do?

I found out that the noise is coming from the left speaker. I hear the sound when the lights are turned off, after turning the lights on the sound is louder. Any ideas?
