My local reg vardy today, asked about a part, and was a decent price and they didn't have it (bit of plastic for door £3 inc VAT) but gave me part number very happily and didn't complain that they'd loose business and such. so theres one brownie point!
asked for a wiring diagram at the workshop desk (a real proper desk, not some shed round the back with oil and bogies smeared everywhere) and recieved from a helpful guy who photocopied me the book!! So loads of brownie points!!
also got talking about an ex demo grande punto 1.3 MJTD (not sure if it was a 1.3, might have been a 1.9 seeing as it was a multijet, they didn't seem to know), anyway, it was £6.5k and had 2,500mile
and silver aswell, think it was a dynamic (blue spot?). I actually got a good conversation going without the onset of details and are you interested in buying it being pushed in!!
So there you go a good experiance with a fiat dealer, TBH I think I was just lucky!! because now when I go home tommorrow I have to face the wrath of the local fiat dealer in keswick
, and they are always assholes
