Hi all i have a 2.3 2009 fiat ducato.Now the spec says engine takes 6.5 l with a new filter but what i found when i put 5.5 in then checked dipstick it was way over the upper mark ! i managed to get some out but still shows over,even left over night carefully pulling it out it still shows too much.To me its not the best of dipstick..i have over cars and they are spot on easy to get right amount.So my question is how much do these things take in the real world as ive seen online there are a few different amounts.Any advise would be great.
