Technical odb or not tobe :} multipla 2001 y reg

hi guys just bought a non runner cam belt failure 1.6 16valve .got it all rebuilt new belt kit 15 new valves ( i know i may has well have changed em all but im mean)
tried to start it and ive got no spark also plugs arent wet ,so i guess no fuel either. pump runs for a few seconds as i switch on ignition ,so thats ok . im looking for odb2 connector cant seem to see it .does it have one ?
i have elm gear also standard software i got with it will this read my problems ,any theories or advice greatly appreciated .

If it does have one, and why not(?) it will probably be where it is on the diesel.

Under the dash on the right of the steering wheel behind a small clip-on panel.
