obd1 code reader lead

anyone out there know where i can get a lead for cinq sporting so i can diagnose the many problems that my daughters car seems to have on a regular basis and where ? is the socket located on the car

dont know if the cinq is obd compatable, ebay if your best bet for obd readers etc, i got one from china an obd, obd2 and eobd reader that reads, resets and can monitor live data from the car.
