O/T "Red" key for punto?

my dad has found a punto for my sister, so she`ll be joining the fiat club, kind of, N-reg 5 door turbo diesel, and hes had a look at it and he said it doesnt have the red key as it has a key with a red tab on it,
now if memeory serves even the punto should have a "red" key just like the bravo/a,

oh yeah guess whos gonna have to tax my bravo for the next six months

N Reg FIAT's (95/96) used the Code1 system that requires a Red Key. I had an N Reg Punto 1.7TDSX and that had a red key. Only Code2 models (approx 2000 onwards) don't have a red key.
