O/T:HELP anyone Gettin Angry with WIPPIT.COM

as above, around six months ago i thought i`d join wippit so i could down load songs, and after a month i realised i didnt need them so i cancelled. or so i thought...

now the problem is even though i cancelled, and i told them all in good time they still continue to take money out of my account, £4.99, to be exact. so far i`m on payment six, with all details given to me in my emails. this is how i know that money is comin out of my account. plus it shows on my statements.

i`ve already sent them several emails with all relevant details the last one bein december about refunds and hey guess what i`m still waitin for my money back, but they`re still takin money out of my account. every month

i`ve have just sent them an email askin for a phone number, in big capital letters, as i still haven`t received an email off them about refunds. at this stage i`m ready to drive down there and beat the livin cr*p out of them, the address is in england unless its the flamin post address or what ever.

anyway all i need is a phone number or another effective way of sortin this properly, £4.99 might not sound much but its begining to add up very quick.

How are you paying them???

If its a by a bank account, simply go to your bank and cancell that standing order, also write them a letter stating that you will begin to charge them intrest for the money they have taken out of your account.

If its by paypal, then you will have to close the paypal account down.

EVERYTIME you write to them, keep copies, it will help your case

i know its not direct debit or paypal because, i set it up before i had paypal account so i rekon like you said standing order, the only thing is tho, they seem to do everything by email and even then like i said, they don`t respond they only respond with an automated email.

its even more hassle tryin to get my money back so far, still tryin for that now

just cancel at the bank???
problem solved..unless u paid by card.in which case they need to stop the payments. got screwed by aol like that years ago. paid by card for 1st payment and because bank card was used, automatically kept being deducted.bank said nothing they could do!!! the vendor needed to stop the transactions!!!

been to the bank and they said they can`t cancel from their end because its been done over the net and another thing is, some how one of my direct debits has been cancelled and they say i cancelled it in november. why would i cancel somethin if i knew i had to pay the following month, muppets
