Doblo not going over 3500 rpm, no power

Hei i am new on this forum
I have a 2014 doblo 1.6 diesel automatic with 12500KM

Now i have a problem with the car.
I was going for a drive Sunday and noticed it is not going as normal.
The rpm is not going over 3500 and it has no power.
No error codes or engine light.
I took of the turbo and it is OK no problem dare.
I change the air filter on Friday.
The car starts normal no smoke or strange noises.
I hope somebody has an idea what the problem can be

I solved the problem with my fiat doblo
I put it here maybe somebody has a use for it.
The problem was that mouse have eaten a vacuum hose from the gear shifter on the gearbox.
The problem was that the wast gate was open.
