does anyone know where i could get a used NOS bottle? it will just be for show but will prob get hooked up later on, depending where i go with the project?
thanks

I have one I could sell. It's an 11lb bottle in fully working order but not show condition. It would need prepping and respraying if you wanted it to be of show quality.

Go motorworld or halfords and buy those fire extinguishers that look like NOS bottles.

well im just after a bottle at the moment, if you could do a proce for that it would be great.
nothing to small or thin though. my boot is quite big even with the sound system in.
thanks

I think a 5lb bottle should do the trick. Can't remember the dimensions off the top of my head so I'll get those and a price for you tomorrow.

i did look on there but there isn;t alot to choose from. i could buy a silver bottle and paint it myself but thats just to much for just a bottle. then i could be doin other bits, which i am doin anyway.
just rather get the nice blue bottle with the stickers on, either used or just an empty one.

any ideas guys. all i want is a cheap nice looking bottle. but they all seem to be around £100 which i think is abit crazy, just for the name im sure

Alot of the cost goes towards the valve at the top of the bottle. It may sound expensive but when you pick one up and look at it in the flesh you will see why they are priced how they are. If you want a cheaper immitation, try looking at diving bottles which is what nitrous bottles basically are. You might be lucky and find something cheaper but then you've still got to spray it etc and it will never look the same.

right the cheapest bottles are NX but to be honest they suck, they just dont have the same finnish as WON but if its just for show expect to pay around £70 on ebay for an 11lb NX bottle
