General Noisy Fans

When im in my car and i have the fans running on 1 or 2 they are fine, when i switch them on to 3 or 4 they buzz, hum, vibration noise. I am wondering if bearings have gone or not??
Any one else had the same problem?

Hi. Ive had the same issue.speeds 3 and 4 create a humming vibration. Apparently the fan motor is unbalanced and must be re-aligned. You can do it yourself if you have the right tool to loosen it. I first experienced it when still new and this is what the dealer told me is the issue.
