Technical Noisy clutch in reverse started duologic neutral self change ?

hi everybody. I have 500c duologic 2012 26.000 miles. Was super lovely. Started dropping into neutral. Clutch has gone noisy in reverse. Presume clutch bearing, can this of caused duologic self neutral change. Any help would be great.
