Rob you seem to be abl to get quite a bit of marea stuff. I have searched high and low and cannot seem to find any pollys around here, do you know of anywhere near you that can salvage some? if you can find some let me know and we can come to an arrangement at one of the meets.

I loved my Marea console, one of the best mods going. I think it gave a more quality feel to the cabin - though the colour of Rob's is horrible.

ps I'm pissed - celebrating a new job :)

Just out of curiosity m8 and i don't aim to offend, but what exactly is that blob where the gearknob is supposed to be??

As far as I can see, the cover on the armrest looks like it was done quite well ie. looks like quite a snug fit.

I've been wanting to change this...but is it not difficult to put it on without too many...creases/folds? (I'm hoping that made some sort of sense...)

quite funny that as i put mine in yesterday also after having it in my house for 6 months haha :D just need to retrim the rest in the black fleece :D and im set

looking good mate :)

Loose, retriming is fairy easy to get right if you use a relatively light weight fabric, ie not to thick. theres 4 4mm allen keys iirc that you undo and the arm rest comes of its bracket then you just undo the internal plastic cover, trim and stick, and rebuild and jobs a good'un :)

@Ben(lincsboo)- ive been to the scrappers in bury, i`m goin there again on either monday or tuesday with someone else off here to pick up some bits, i had to go yesterday for a rear wiper motor,
and the `blob` as you put it is my gear knob that i bought from halfords ages ago, i`m think of gettin an original gear knob instead as i threw the other one away

@Loosecannon-the arm rest was done usin, (are you ready for this!), one of my old t-shirts that hardly wore, so i thought i`ll use that and i didnt use glue i used masking tape for now to hold it down to get an idea, i`m still thinkin really to change the fabric, maybe leather of some kind from Dunelm mill shop, they usually have it in rolls

BRAVO, why settle for anything less.
