Hi everyone, Steve from Germany here (im a Brit but wife German)
She owns the Fiat whereas im a Morris minor owner and yes i have to keep her car on the road too......deep joys.
Just changed Main brake cylinder and having problems everywhere (as one does when you think its an easy 2hr job)

Do not mention at all ever the brake light sensor on the Brake cylinder .... nope please dont

Mind you, I have fitted a few Morris Minor brake master cylinders in the past, struggling past the torsion bar suspension to get to the bolts.
That and stopping rotted carpet remains dropping into the reservoir in the 70s.
Thinking back I had a friend who supplied Morris genuine Lockheed brake master cylinders, apparently same as Coventry Climax fork lifts, although those are pretty rare nowadays.
