Cinquecento Newbie

Hi there, just picked up a 2001 1.1 Seicento for the girlfriend and I'll be looking for hints and tips and advice for it to help maintain it. First things first, My name is Rob and this is my first Fiat! (Nearly had a Barchetta a few years ago). I dabble in mechanics and consider myself fairly competent having a part share in a BMW e36 328i track car and previous owner of a 325 track car which we modded ourselves. I own a Fireblade as well, (hence the name), and had to rebuild the engine on that. Anyway, looking forward to ownership.

Hmm, I wonder if it will fit in the Sei?

just about everything you can think of has been done to the cento's, bike engines included You should find working on the seicento a doddle really, simple cheap motoring at its best.

Get yourself in the cinq/sei section and have a gander at some of the builds, should give you some inspiration if you want to get your hands dirty
