Hey all newbie here and would like some help

Fiat Brava 1.6 16v 1996 model !

1. Ticking noise when i turn on rear wiper ?

2. Cant open front door (drivers side) it will open from inside but not out ?

3. Passenger side always has a puddle of water in the morning (Dont know were the water is gettin in) nowere else is wet just the floor lol

Any help on whats causin these problems will be much appreciated
