newbie neds help

hi, just joined uyu all and i need some help. I bought a second hand 207 grande punto. It didn't have a manual and a yellow warning light has come on in the dshboard. Looks like a sunburst with an exclamation mark inside? Can some help to tell me ehat this means???

If it's #15 in this diagram, it's an external bulb failure warning.
