Newbie - Just bought a Multipla!!!

Hello everyone!!!

Thought I should join up as I've just bought a 2003 Multipla today & the guy mentioned the forum.

Just upgraded from a 2003 Scenic & the difference is like night & day...

Scenic...Rattly, Noisy, Sluggish, Cheap Trim, Boring etc etc etc

Multipla...Quiet, Refined, Lively, Better Built, Fun etc etc etc

My wife really wanted a Multipla. I didnt...I couldnt see past the weird asthetics...but boy am I glad I conceeded!!!

Unfortunately having a little niggle already with fuse No 3 blowing constantly...no side lights or dipped beam but have main beam ok. Im just about to stick a query in the appropriate section so please help me if you can!

Welcome to the forum
The multi is definitely one of those cars that you either love the looks or hate them, but I challenge anyone who hates the looks to drive it and find something better. Purely based on information gleaned from owners on here, it seems like the best 6 proper seater out there.

Yeah...Im really quite shocked at how well built it is & how well it goes...and its waaaaaaaayyyyyyy easier on diesel than my scenic....and they are both 1.9 diesels with turbo!!!

My scenic used quarter tank to go to sale location & back...the multipla started with quarter tank to head home with me....and barely moved the needle on arrival...the scenics light is on!!!
