Newbie intro

Hi folks,

Dave here - new Scudo (van) owner and self employed. Obviously I have no money so have registered here to anticipate any problems I may encounter in the hope your knowledge will save me time, money and whatever hair I have remaining .

I didn't buy my van using any previous knowledge or experience but based on the selling power of the local retailer :bang: . I've no complaints about them (Washington Van Company) and would actually recommend them to anyone in this area (Tyneside).

Anyhoo, I'm pretty good with my hands (ask the missus..... oo errr...) but appreciate words of advice from those who know better.

hello dave, welcome to the forum

i don't venture much down into the van section, it's a bit hobbit like down there, but i'm sure someone here will know the answer to any question you may have

and dont forget the lesiure lounge, for when you just want to kick back and see how to waste time

I'm a fully paid up member of the "time-wasting" club (according to Mrs kellys_eye I wrote the rule book) so a visit to the lounge sounds like my kind of invite.

I'm sure all us white van owners are of a hobbit mentality anyway so having our 'section' down in the cheap seats is fine by me
