Technical Newbie - In Search of Engine

Good day everyone! I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth that needs an engine swap. The engine in it is ceased. Will rotate backwards, just not the way it is actually supposed to. Anyway, while searching for a 1.4L Turbo, MultiAir, I keep hearing that the Dodge Dart and Jeep Renegade have the same engine. Can anyone confirm on the Renegade engine? It is the only engine I can find. Specifically, the Fiat 500 Abarth engine is extremely hard to find. Any help is appreciated.

If the models you mention use the multijet, the basis should be the same. Other parts like starter, alternator etc. could be swapped over.
On this side of the ocean the tjet is used. So not 100% sure about the US models.
