hi i have a sick punto 9o sports the electrics dont work right when i turn my lights on the windows go down and the stereo gos on and of as the windowsgo down

could be a ghost :spin:
to be honest, i dont know for sure, but i reckon it will be at your fuse board. either they are shorting with each other for some reason, or maybe water could be in there?
