Got a Fiat 500C Pearl White TwinAir this month

I was wondering to what this is - red cable with what looks like some kind of fuse connected to the battery. I can not post any images yet

It's a bit hard without a picture but is the cable thin or really thick like the battery lead?

Smaller one-battery condition monitor, to allow stop/start to decide when to operate

That type of holder and that type of cable is normally used on car stereo equipment, same as I have with several amplifiers in the boot
