Ducato 100 multijet, 2010.
Left sliding door.
I opened the door but the centre roller came out of the outside guide. I managed to get it back in the guide, because it was parked on the road, I had to lock the van.
The door didn't shut completely, the top right hand corner hasn't clipped on the pin.
Using the remote to unlock the van the sliding door won't unlock.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to unlock this door?
