Fixed the youtube link for you! For future ref, the tag is

[yt] simply add the / before the y to close the tag and stop the link. Do it BEFORE you paste the link for it to work ;)

And yeh, played this today. Can't help but feel that while it's not as good as I'd hoped the new material would be its certainly a nod in the right direction!

I see, it all becomes clear.

Even though I am pretty sure someone has told me that before haha

somebody get that man a strepsil :D

its a decent song, but a bit bland.. doesn't really have much of a hook to it imo, doesn't really have anything memorable in it

when a songs lacking both those thigs, its going to struggle

Yeah don't mind that song, but I agree it's not a stand out song as such.

I've got the first 3 albums and though I like each of them, it seemed like it was a bit of a sliding scale from the first one, for me at least. I just think Word Gets Around is quite the seminal album, though the follow up Performance and Cocktails had its high points for me as well. The third and last album I've bought, Just Enough Education to Perform had a few songs I liked, but I just preferred the first 2 albums really.

Haven't taken much of an interest in them since then, though I have heard the odd song from them on the radio. Don't really buy that many actual albums these days unless it's one of the bands or artists I'm a true fan of :)

That's pretty much it...word gets around and Performance and Cocktails were spot on. JEEP realy was a mistake, same with the rest of the following albums. Problem I think Innocent has is the other albums ALL had decent-ish first sings (Dakota?) that were no reflection of the final albums. Ironically the band have not long since released some greatest hits too
