General New owner, with a small problem

Hello I'm in Poland at the moment and yesterday I bought a 126 that requires some cosmetic work. Mainly a dent in the door. How do you remove the window winder handle?? I did manage to push the dent with the door card hanging down but the removal of the handle to make life easy stumped me.
I purchased the 126 from a student of my son who has a English language school out here in Warsaw. He owned the 126 for five years and he and his farther both had no idea on removing the handle.

There is a clip called an Omega clip that keeps the handle on the spindle. If you pull the winder handle towards you you should be able to pop it off with a thin screwdriver or pull it out with a small hook. If you google Fiat Omega Clip you will see what it looks like.
