Grande Punto New owner needing help

I bought my Punto a few days ago, safe to say I'm really liking it at the minute!

Just a question about some alloys I have found, they are 17" genuiene Fiat Bravo Sport, PCD: 4x98, Offset: 35 to 45, Bore 58.1, Fittings: B12x1.25

Would these fit my Fiat Grande 06 active?

A GP has a PCD of 4x100. You could get around this with wooble bolts

Centre bore is 56.6mm, you can use spigot rings to make up the space

Not 100% sure of the offset though
