Hiya people,
I must have joined a while ago but this is the first day I have posted. I bought the remains of a 1915 Fiat Tipo 2 about 20 years ago, and I have been slowly getting parts for it and building a wooden skiff body since. I just today bought a NZ built sports car special chassis with a 2300 engine and 5 speed from a 125.
Greetings from the Bay of Islands in New Zealand.
Regards
Gavin

Hi Gavin,
would that be a Rotorua built Heron by any chance with that engine and 5 speed box?

Well good luck with getting that up and running, it seemed to me that New Zealand have a long tradition of making use of what they have and improvisation. Maybe if I ever get back there I will get to see it. I only have one car left there now, only one gear and powered by two small legs 😀
