ahh so0 how much you recon the lightened fly wheel and the uno mani will cost then? im also getting a eibach suspension for handaling been quoted £150 from MIJ fitted and lowered from about 45mm to 60mm pending on what id want

i got a GREAT deal on these parts thanks to ever so freindly forum members.

ive herd 80 quid is a good bet for a couple of kg taken off and balanced. as for the mani i couldnt really say,

for 150 is it just springs? if it goes lower than 40mm you will need the shockers too?
 
Naww its the full suspension shocks too The guy that works there knows my dad so i can get a deal for the full kit

i mite be looking into the flrwheel soon cheers as for other weight loss im ditching the back seats and some of the interior stuff
 
is get rid of the back seats, sound proofing, spare wheel (get tyre seal stuff) and any other useless junk

the 866 cam will give you abit of bang for your buck just make sure the valve clearances are ok
 
im looking to get that last 6bhp to get it up to 90 any ideas guys??

Better fuelling system. You'll be at or near enough 100% duty cycle there.

Van Aaken's low boost turbo kit (85bhp) needed a second injector because the single standard injector just could not inject enough fuel on boost.

What was the car's power/torque measurements at the wheel/hubs?

that was the power from the wheels they didnt measure it from the flywheel cus i know normally its measure from the fly then as it runs down the power is converted to the power from the wheel

Err yes and no, in the low boost state it could not supply a air fuel charge at a safe temperature rather than not supply enough fuel as it over-fuelled to cool the charge temperature.

But in NA form you could potentially reach that level with a good set up and optimal tune
