True or Lie?
"This was intended to go on my '89 Sisley but sadly the car was too far gone and had to be scrapped."

Post '96 is the answer.

Unfortunately not. Fizzle's is round and held in with a big plastic ring, this one is oval and held in with nuts!

As shown in first photo here.

definitely cheaper , quicker to keep current tank and use in-line electric pump.

Unless Aquamarine still have the tank and pump/sender unit from that accident damaged Trekking ( Panda Pod)

Hello folks.

I am looking for a 4x4 injection tank for a project of mine and also saw this tank. They are also for sale by a commercial outfit in Germany:

Problem with that tank is the two large round holes on either side of it designed to couple up to the fuel evaporation recovery system. As I don't have this (no-one should in UK), does anyone have good ideas for DIY filling holes in other than weld plate over them?

Presumably the buyer of the tank in this thread will have this problem?

Vernon fitted the complete EVAP system to Project Bucket, using the fittings from a 2WD tank, I do recall he told me he had to destroy the 2WD tank to get the fittings out of it though, so I think welding or maybe brazing plates over is a better plan really.

Lewey have you got anywhere with sourcing a sender unit?

I've got a unit from an injection Uno I presumed would fit, again looking at part numbers of the gasket, etc.
