Guys
Daft question, but how do I know if my van is an X250 orX251?
I have been told all the chassis numbers still say X250 in them.
And on the chassis plate mine says version 250DMMFC FYL
I believe mine is an X250 carrying a 2.3 multijet 130 lump.
But the dealer sold me and still believes as I wanted, it should be a 2.3 multijet 11 (2) 130bhp lump, selling dealer says it should be X251
But the economy at over 10k on the clock is averaging 31mpg over 290 miles at 45mph average!
Way off the figures the factory quoted. And worse than my old 120bhp 2007 X250!
2 other dealers say its the old engine without looking under bonnet and it serv intervals are 28k not 30k as the m/jet 11 engine should be
Engine code is F1AE3481D*A104
Any ideas or help would be appreciated
Regards
Neil
Ps tried contacting Fiat, but their systems were down! Try again tomorrow
