Has anyone fitted neons in their car? Im wanting some interior ones in the door cards and in the boot and not sure how to wire them in? I dont wanna use the fag kighter, I want to hard wire them in. Can I use the amp power lead as the power source? Can I use a distrubution block?

Pray to the God of Abarth - I hope your speed over your rivals and anyone else at the traffic lights

Don't use your amp power or the distribution block, it's the wrong voltage.
I've got 3 wired in using a switch off the cigarette lighter. If you don't want them switched, i'm sure you could wire them in from the boot and interior lights so that when the doors open they come on:D

Well actually I heard also that it is more reliable to connect it to the system of the interior lights.

If I had a boot light i could do yeah :)
didn't think sei's had em.

good idea linking them into the interior light tho, cuz they'd be a pain when driving at night.

Easiest way i found is to wire em into your foglights as i have, who needs foglights anyway?!?

I have considerably more mods, THAN YOU!

thats an idea, i was planning on ripping my lights out anyway, and meshing the centre of the bumper. Would be quite professional to have a proper switch to turn neons on. Id use that for exterior rather than interior tho

Do whatever you want, but be sure not to mess up with the electronic... And by the way, be sure it won't look like a p*mp car afterwards you connected the Neons :D

I like the door-switch idea... you could also link it up to the speakers so they flash in time with the music :p
