NEED HELP FAST

Mounted new trans to 2015 Fiat 500 Sport. Got the clutch bled to start tightening down axles. Went to **** it into first, and it won’t shift into any gear. Axles keep spinning, and it won’t move over to 5th or reverse. Just seems to have 1,2,3 and four, and the positions have moved left. What am I doing wrong? This is potentially job/livelyhood threatening. Need urgent help. Please advise!

If you want help , how about giving us some details on what work was done on the car and why, we are not clairvoyant.
Also was replacement transmission new, reconditioned professionaly or second hand of unknown quality?
If transmission good, then are you sure you reconnected the gear cables correctly?
What do you mean about "axles keep spinning" ?
Also did you replace the clutch assembly at the same time and is clutch centre plate the correct way round as they only work one way, some have written on them "flywheel side"?
