Hi All.
I own a 1960 Fiat 600 1 series. During work we are doing on the car, we came across this cap to a tank under the car and we have no idea what it is for.
We do not think it is for draining accumulation of water. When we open the cap we see some water in there.
Anything you can tell me is greatly appreciated.
