Our W reg 1.9 diesel Ulysse threw its cam belt recently and we're looking to replace the engine. We've been told it'll be a cheaper option than a rebuild, especially if the pistons have been holed which seems likely. Problem is finding one. Does anyone have any leads they can share? We're based in Oxfordshire but prepared to travel.
Also we've been told the engine may be interchangeable with the Renault or Peugeot versions of the Ulysse MPV. Can anybody verify this as it might help our search. Cheers, mille grazie!
